Fresh cheese, made from mozzarella and heavy cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains both shredded mozzarella and cream, giving it a unique pulpy texture.
PRESERVATION CONDITION:
To be preserved at a temperature of -18°C. Thaw the product in the refrigerator at + 4°C for about 12 hours
SHELFLIFE: 12 months (24 hours after thawing)
THAWING SYSTEM: To fully enjoy the traditional taste of milk is advisable to return the product at room temperature before serving or in case of professional use and for cooking purpose (i.e. pizza topping) just use it as it is. Buffalo burrata is served in salads, with bread, in calzones or on pizza.
