Blue Cheese is a straw-white raw cheese, whose green streaks are due to the marbling process, i.e. the formation of mold.

It is therefore creamy and soft with a particular and characteristic flavor, slightly spicy the sweet type, a more decisive and strong flavor the spicy type whose texture is more marbled, consistent and crumbly.

PRESERVATION CONDITION:

To be preserved and stored at -18°C (-0,4 F°) - The product must be thawed at +4°C(+39,2 F°) for 48 hours  

SHELFLIFE: 240 days if frozen

THAWING SYSTEM: To full enjoy the traditional taste of milk is advisable to return the product at room temperature before serving.
