THAWING SYSTEM: To fully enjoy the traditional taste of milk is advisable to return the product at room temperature before serving or in case of professional use and for cooking purpose (i.e. pizza topping) just use it as it is. Scamorza is served in salads, with bread, in calzones or on pizza.
